This book is based on the documentary film of the same title by Norwegian video artist Anne Tveit Knutsen.
It documents the everyday life of twin sisters Eli and Trill, who live in the western fjord region, as well as the emotional changes Eli experienced afterward, through drawings and words.
All visuals featured in the book are original works by Eli.
The book design by Chinese designers Pan Yanrong and Yilei Wang combines stillness and movement, shaping the reading experience itself.
Using thin, translucent paper and a fold-out page structure, this uniquely crafted book transforms moving images into printed form, creating a quiet yet powerful presence.
