We designed the logo, motion, and poster for the Itabashi Zero Carbon City Statement. The "C" of carbon is used as the motif, and the symbol color is blue to represent the balance between the ocean and the sky, which absorb carbon dioxide. The heart in the center of the character, which absorbs, digests, and absorbs carbon dioxide, represents social and individual awareness, and was designed to be friendly to children, who will be the leaders of society in 2050, and to communicate the efforts of the district as an entity that is familiar to them.
